Survey - - Distribute/Collect/Analyze BIA Data Via Web
This module uses the same server as other myCOOP™ features. Without programming, multiple questionnaires are quickly created and distributed via URL links to respondents. Types of answers collected are as follows:
- Single Line of Text - - with controlled number of characters for respondents.
- Multiple Lines of Text - - define number of lines for users if text formatting is allowed.
- Choice - - type or paste selected answers.
- Rating Scale - - pick preferences on numeric scale.
- Numerical Value - - with %, min/max and decimals.
- Currency - - types of currency optional.
- Date and Time - - calendar and calculated value data.
- Look-Up - - use table already in system for choice.
- Yes/No - - via check boxes.
Analysis tools and exports to Excel are supported for added analysis and reporting.
