Reports - - Managing Activities and Tasks
Screens report activity in particular parts of the system. In addition, reporting is available for any outstanding list of tasks supported, with the ability to assign, prioritize, and follow progress of tasks from start to finish.
In addition, the following enabled:
- Options - - type of column, possible values, etc.
- Assign Values - - status, category, priority, etc.
- Create Views - - for tasks list based on columns.
- Default View - - define by specifying displayed columns, totals, style, and item limit, plus sorts, filters or groups.
- Quick Access - - for three commonly used views, e.g., All Tasks, My Tasks and Active Tasks.
- Attachments - - any MS Windows file can be attached.
- Alerts - - set for when task assigned to user or changed.
In addition, certain columns are defined by default, e.g., values for Created, Created By, Current, Modified, and Modified.
