myCOOP allows re-use of existing plan content using simple imports. COOP Systems also supplies private and public sector templates to fill gaps in clients’ continuity planning process.
All MS Windows file types are supported. Content pages display information about each file and its properties, plus hyperlinks to each file. Files and folders can be easily added, lists filtered and sorted, views switched, and pages redesigned. Content has permissioning, versioning, and final review before publishing.
All content has standard design and control features as follows:
- Columns and fields in table.
- Standard or special views created for table.
- Security settings by user group.
- General settings, e.g., putting on Quick Launch bar.
- Lookup field links, referring to data in another table.
Alerts notify managers of changes. Modifications to screens are done quickly without programming.
