Console - - Monitor/Control Enterprise Planning Activity
COOPConsole gives Administrators a single point of access and control of all continuity planning sites and subsites in an institution's hierarchy, with one click access to any site.
Tasks enabled include the following, with no special programming:
- Manage users and planning site groups - - add or remove users, edit site groups, and change user's site group membership.
- Create or delete planning subsites in hierarchy - - add subsite or manage existing subsites of your Web site.
- Change anonymous access - - control feature for your planning site.
- Change regional settings - - change locale, time zone, sort order, and time format to use for your mix of sites.
- Manage discussions and alerts - - view site-level discussions and alerts.
Tools manage sites created across multiple dimensions, e.g., specifying whether Alerts are enabled.
