Previously, Mr. Elster has led and managed multiple software teams developing a variety of products in diverse fields such as business process workflow systems and video surveillance systems. He holds a M.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
