Entry Level Customer Support Business Analyst

COOP Systems, the leading provider of Business Continuity Management software, has career opportunities for an entry level Customer Business Analyst expert in their professional services division.

Minimum Responsibilities

  • Work with senior COOP Systems' delivery team members on customer projects.
  • Engage with customers to solve basic questions based on the functionality of the myCOOP product line.
  • Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.mpaigns.
  • Gather, assess and document customer problems in an issues ticket tracking application.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience and/or education in IT or other related field.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and consulting capabilities, multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Desired Skills

  • Past experience in supporting an enterprise software application with a large customer base.
  • SharePoint and/or consulting experience.
  • 1-2 years in the business continuity planning / management domain.
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce.

Education

  • BS or BA required.

Pre-Sales Product Expert

COOP Systems is looking for an energetic, creative, self-motivated person with BCM and/or Risk experience to assist the sales team in communicating the myCOOP product and value proposition to prospects. The ideal candidate will also have a software and technical background, as well as the ability to clearly communicate and present to an audience. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the sales teams to present and demonstrate our product solutions to prospects.
  • Understand the customer’s requirements and needs and effectively communicate how myCOOP fits prospect's needs.
  • Build and present customized demos, both on-site and via web sessions.
  • Set up and run successful trials (Proof of Concepts).
  • Become an expert in the features and benefits of our applications.
  • Respond to RFP’s and technical questionnaires.
  • Travel required at an estimated 20-30%.

Desired Skills

  • Experience using BCM or Risk Management software
  • Experience in the BCM and Risk Management industry
  • Experience presenting software solutions
  • Experience implementing BCM or Risk software

Education

  •  BS or BA required.
