the new name for COOP Consulting, effective immediately. The large growth in
the company's software sales has necessitated the name change. COOP Systems
will continue to provide consulting and training services to its many
clients.

continuity planning professionals in both the private and public sector. Our
ease-of-use and low cost has made us a clear alternative for enterprise
planning projects," said Chris Alvord, CEO of COOP Systems.
