COOP Systems General Production Release of myCOOP Version 6.0
Best-in-Class Service Levels, Full Internationalization and Powerful New Administration Tools Added to Business Continuity Software

- - COOP Systems today announced the general production release of its new 6.0 version of myCOOP, the industry-leading Business Continuity Management (BCM) software package.
There are three major new aspects of the new release: several powerful new tools for Administrators, regionalization and support for any client anywhere in the world, and premium service levels available for hosted clients.
Administrators now have even more extensive analysis and management tools. Workflow for any part of the system is now standard, with the ability to route documents and solicit approvals to/from selected individuals in the planning process. GANTT chart views are available to monitor and control specific assigned tasks. Integrated mapping enable the views of site-specific information (e.g., locations, people, equipment, etc.) to the street level.
Regionalization for double-byte languages is now supported, as well as currencies, timeframes, and date conventions. Customers in any country (e.g., Japan, China, Korea, etc.) can enjoy the power and productivity of myCOOP.
Premium service levels of 99.9%/year are also now available from for hosted clients, taking advantage of myCOOP 6.0’s high-availability architecture, network-based backup and recovery services, and extraordinarily reliable software design.
