Integration
Administrators can easily move existing information to/from external systems. All MS Windows file types can be brought into myCOOP™ in native format. Lists can be imported, preserving their existing format, from more than a dozen formats. Simple exports to external systems, e.g., Incident Command and Notification, is done easily by making “views” of myCOOP™ data, then exporting to CSV and other file formats.
For more automated integration there is our set of Web Services. All information in myCOOP™ is available to any other authenticated system that can make a Web Services call. Data is normalized on imports. For example, a PeopleSoft Integration White Paper is available.
