Incident Command
Phase 7 is Incident Command to manage exercises or actual events. A printed plan has obvious limitations in currency, inflexibility and access. Instead, myCOOP™ allows pre-determined response actions to be assigned in real time from anywhere on the Web. Notification is by e-mail to team members. Re-assignments or any other changes to incident assignments are instantly communicated and logged. PDA access is available for instant access to real-time information by team members.
Any team can look at just their filtered view of their parts of the overall response plan. All steps in the resolution of the assignment are tracked for after-action reporting to management.
Graphical views include integrated street-level mapping of location-based data for situational awareness and GANTT charts for program management.
