BIA/Risk
Phase 2 is BIA/Risk Analysis, integrated completely in the same instance of myCOOP™ software. With the need to conduct work at all points of a distributed enterprise, this capability allows the simple creation, distribution, collection and analysis of multiple concurrent surveys throughout the organization for risk and business impact analysis considerations.
From existing questionnaires, new surveys using ten types of answer formats can be constructed with simple menu command. Included are look-up tables for re-use of system data. Some standard surveys are supplied to users, including an exhaustive twenty-part risk assessment.
Distribution is via URL to respondents. Responses are managed in SQL for dynamic tabular analysis or exported to Excel for additional graphical analysis and reporting.
